Land Rover has launched the range-topping Autobiography trim for the Range Rover Velar at Rs 89.90 lakh (ex-showroom). It costs Rs 5 lakh more than the petrol-only Dynamic SE base trim and adds a diesel option alongside cosmetic upgrades. The Velar Autobiography stands out with Burnished Copper accents, a slightly new LED headlamp design, 20-inch Satin Dark Grey alloys, and four exclusive paint options. Inside, it gets unique leather themes, and standard features like an 11.4-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, 12.3-inch digital cluster, and a Meridian sound system; though the audio system has been upgraded with surround sound tech. Optional extras include a panoramic sunroof and 20-way massaging front seats.
The petrol version uses a 250hp, 365Nm 2.0-litre turbo engine, while the diesel gets mild-hybrid tech with 204hp and 430Nm. 0-100kph takes 7.5 seconds (petrol) and 8.3 seconds (diesel). AWD and automatic transmission are standard.
