Lexus has unveiled the LS Coupe Concept, marking a new chapter for its long-running flagship nameplate. Though it has four doors, the concept adopts a coupe-like SUV shape with a fastback roofline and large glass panel. The lighting design language mirrors the brand’s signature spindle grille, giving it a familiar Lexus identity. Inside, Lexus says the front passenger display can be folded away for a cleaner look, while rear passengers get individual touchscreens. The driver’s seat is tuned for support, while the front passenger seat focuses on comfort. The LS Coupe Concept also features a connected taillight and its rear end opens up to reveal a cargo area. The LS Coupe is a concept that features coach doors, something that was never offered on any LS sedan.
