Honda CB125 Hornet is the company's premium 125cc commuter in the Indian market. It is based on the same basic architecture as the popular Shine 125 but sees major chassis and engine revisions. In this application, the 124cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine produces slightly more power – 11.1hp and 11.2Nm – an increase of over 0.3hp and 0.2Nm over the SP125 and Shine. The engine is paired with a 5-speed gearbox.
The bike also features the same 4.2-inch TFT display as the Hornet 2.0, offering Bluetooth connectivity via Honda’s RoadSync app. This allows access to features like music playback info, call and message alerts and turn-by-turn navigation. Lighting is all-LED, including a funky-looking LED headlight.
