The Ferrari Amalfi Spider has broken cover as a 640hp drop-top GT.
It gets a fabric roof that folds in 13.5 seconds at speeds of up to 60kph.
Wind deflectors behind the rear-seat headrests help keep wind noise under control.
Boot space stands at 172 litres with the roof stowed, and 255 litres without.
This Rosso Tramonto exterior finish is exclusive to the Amalfi Spider.
Dashboard looks premium, features three displays, and gets a plethora of physical controls.
Curved AC vents look cool, and the sports seats are powered.
Like the coupe, the Amalfi Spider comes with a 2+2 seating layout.
Under the bonnet sits a 640hp 3.9-litre V8 paired with an 8-speed DCT and RWD.
Despite an 86kg weight increase, it matches the coupe's 3.3sec 0-100kph time and 320kph top speed

Ferrari has officially unveiled the Amalfi Spider. As the name suggests, the Spider is the convertible derivative of the Amalfi grand tourer. Both Amalfi versions are therefore mechanically identical, save for the Spider's fabric roof, which can open in 13.5 seconds at up to 60kph. The fabric roof is also just 220mm thick, so when stowed, it leaves 172 litres of boot space; without the roof, the boot space is 255 litres. Ferrari also offers a special Rosso Tramonto paint finish for the Amalfi Spider.
