The Ducati Panigale V2 S 100 draws its livery from a relatively lesser-known but significant chapter in Ducati's racing history – the 750 Super Sport Desmo ridden by Franco Uncini to the 1975 Italian Championship title under the team founded by former racer Bruno Spaggiari. The yellow bodywork is paired with a distinctive brown and burgundy accent colour, the latter borrowed from the inboard marine engines that were being assembled at the Borgo Panigale factory at the time, which is an unusual detail that gives the livery a genuinely unique backstory even within the Collezione 100.The most technically significant addition on this particular model is the dry clutch, making it the first in Ducati's new V2 family, developed specifically for the 100 edition. Billet sports handlebars and a steering damper are also unique to this model within the collection. ‘Centenary Bronze’ coloured brake calipers, a numbered plate on the triple clamp, an Alcantara seat with embroidered Ducati 100 logo, and Ugo Nespolo's signed art prints complete the package – limited to just 100 individually numbered units.
