What engine does the 390 Enduro R use and what are the power figures?

It uses the same 398.6cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, but gets revised sprocketing with a 48-tooth rear sprocket for better low-end torque. The engine produces 46hp at 8,500rpm and a peak torque of 39Nm at 6,500rpm.

What is the fuel tank capacity of the KTM 390 Enduro R?

The bike gets a tiny 9-litre fuel tank, which will be more than ideal for trail riding but not the most practical for long distance touring. 

What is the difference between the India-spec KTM 390 Enduro R and the International-spec model?

The international-spec model gets 230mm of suspension travel at both ends, while the India-spec Enduro R sticks to 200mm at the front and 205mm at the rear, which is the same as the 390 Adventure. With this change, the seat height of the India-spec bike stands at a more accessible 860mm compared to the international-spec model with a taller 890mm seat height. The international-spec model is available in India on an order basis. 
 

What is the kerb weight of the KTM 390 Enduro R?

The bike has a kerb weight of 177kg but this includes grab rails, crash bars, and a saree guard. Removing these parts will reduce around 11kg and bring the weight down to 166kg.

What features does the KTM 390 Enduro R get?

The bike gets a neat and compact TFT display which is informative and easily visible even under harsh sunlight. It also features two riding modes, a USB Type-C charging port, adjustable levers, an adjustable handlebar clamp, and a quickshifter. A dedicated ABS button allows riders to quickly deactivate it when necessary.

With Bajaj absorbing the cost of the increased GST rates for 350cc-plus motorcycles, the bike is currently priced at Rs 3,39,227 (ex-showroom).
