I am planning to buy a family car. Should I choose the Toyota HyCross or the Hyundai Alcazar? Please suggest.
Go for the Toyota Innova HyCross. For a family, it simply works better as the cabin is roomier, the third row is actually usable for adults, the ride is smoother, and the hybrid saves a lot of fuel in city traffic where most family cars spend their time. Long trips feel easier too, and Toyota’s hassle-free ownership and resale help over years.
Pick the Hyundai Alcazar only if you’re on a tighter budget or you want a slightly smaller, easier-to-park 3-row. It’s great for four or five with the third row used occasionally, and the diesel suits heavy highway use. But the last row and boot are tighter, and it doesn’t feel as plush or relaxed on bad roads.
One honest trade-off with the Innova HyCross is the higher price and possible waiting period, and the boot with all three rows up isn’t huge. If that stretch and wait are okay, it’s the better family car overall.

Decide your priority for vehicle , if you need a family car with premium interiors and premium features with peace of mind ownership pluse easy to drive &park in city then definitely consider Alcazar , hycross is mundane from inside even after spending huge amount it feels like wagon , you will not feel you owned luxury vehicle from within , if you want to spend that much money then stretch a budget little bit and try skoda Kodiaq, if you have tighter budget than go for Alcazar any day , you will love that vehicle , you will never het feeling of owning taxi with Alcazar which not the case with hycross
Doesn't new Mahindra 7xO fit right in between??
@andyaankin Go for Alcazar because it is more feature loaded. And I believe that it looks more beautiful and dignified than the Hycross. Alcazar also is vastly superior in interiors. And the third row is always for children, no adult is ever gonna want to sit in the third row. However, if the Alcazar still seems to to have less space, go for the XUV 7XO or the 700.
Hycross any day
Would suggest on watching the performance of E20 petrol the Govt is forcing on consumers and then take a call... Better late than sorry!
I agree with this 👍
What are the feature differences in the full option Hycross Petrol and hybrid versions
HI, IM LOOKING FOR A KIA SELTOS DIESEL. BUT IM CONFUSED WITH THE TRANSMISSION, whether to go for a manual or automatic. As my usages is more ( mix in city and highway) can anyone suggest what is the milage can expect in manual and automation DIESEL
@user_ubmfbdsq it depends if you are MT lover or not. If you don't want to bother about pressing clutch then go for AT bindaas
@user_ubmfbdsq You can check out KIA Sonet automatic diesel price starting at 9.82L ex showroom . Budget friendly and its the same engine shared shared
@user_ubmfbdsq Try to take a test ride first. They don’t have diesel units in stock mostly. Diesel automatic is best suited for city and also Highway travel. Very handy in ghate and expressways
