Follow usI’m planning to buy a 125cc scooter and my daily commute is around 20km. I’m confused between the TVS Ntorq 125, Suzuki Avenis and Honda Dio 125. Which one makes the most sense?

Autocar India says: The TVS Ntorq 125 is the sportiest of this trio, with sharp handling, good performance and the option of a SmartXonnect variant with Bluetooth connectivity. It also delivers respectable fuel efficiency for what it offers, though it is a little heavier than its rivals. The Suzuki Avenis 125 uses the earlier-gen Access motor – not the latest updated unit – but it's smooth, efficient and responsive enough for city duties. The Honda Dio 125, meanwhile, is the most conservative choice: it’s light, comfortable and easy to live with, and benefits from Honda’s reputation for reliability. However, it doesn’t feel as engaging or exciting as the other two.
Additionally, you can also consider the Hero Xoom 125, which stands out as one of the only 125cc scooters – besides the Aprilia SR125 – to feature 14-inch wheels at both ends. We haven’t tested the Aprilia yet, so we can’t comment on or recommend it, but the Xoom brings an added dose of stability and presence to the segment.
