The 2015 New York motor show is set to take place from April 1-14. The much-awaited motoring event will feature new cars from manufacturers like Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz and McLaren, among others.
Below are some details of all the new models expected to be revealed at the show:
Jaguar XF - Latest spy pictures show that the XF will likely adopt an XE-like styling. The car will also feature an aluminium platform and a distinct new interior. New interior features include a very large centre touchscreen and an instrument binnacle dominated by a large dial.
Kia Optima - After previewing the look of the new Optima estate with the Sportspace concept in Geneva, Kia will reveal its fourth-generation Optima line-up in New York.
Cadillac CT6 - Described by Cadillac boss Johan de Nysschen as “a technological masterpiece”, the Cadillac CT6 will act as a rival for the Mercedes-Benz S-Class. The car is expected to be sold with the option of a high-performance twin-turbocharged V8 engine.
McLaren Sports Series - The first model in McLaren's new Sports Series could include as many as three body styles, with the coupé being revealed first. The new range's exact designations remain secret, but it’s understood that they will follow the pattern established by the 650S.
Mitsubishi Outlander facelift - The facelifted Outlander was previewed with the PHEV Concept-S at the Paris motor show last year. Now, the production version is set to be revealed in New York.
