Described as the next level of performance for the Agera, the track-focussed RS sports technology from the One:1 hypercar. The car gets upgrades to the body which include a track-optimised front splitter and active rear wing capable of creating 450kg of downforce at 200kph.

The Agera RS uses the same 5.0-litre twin-turbo V8 as the Agera S and Agera R but power is boosted to 1144bhp along with 130.51kgm of torque. The power is delivered to the rear-wheels through a seven-speed gearbox; paddle shifters are available.

The RS is lighter than the Agera R by around 40kg, with a kerb weight of 1395kg. Ventilated ceramic brake discs feature at all four corners, while the Agera RS sits on 19-inch carbonfibre wheels at the front and 20-inch wheels at the rear, all shod with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup2 rubber.

Koenigsegg says the Agera RS is “the ultimate track tool, while still being able to be registered for road use worldwide”.

The company has announced that it will manufacture only 25 examples of the Agera RS, of which 10 have already been booked. While the company is yet to reveal a price, it is expected to cost a premium over the Agera R.
