First Choice offers 24x7 support

Mahindra FirstChoice teams up with MyTVS for worldwide 24x7 assistance program.

Mahindra First Choice has teamed up with MyTVS to kick off their latest 24x7 roadside assistance program. The nationwide 24x7 service will be covered under the warranty program and will be applicable for all certified cars purchased with a warranty period of one year or 15,000km.

Should there be an emergency, the customers can ask for assistance through the helpline numbers and MyTVS will then arrange for one of its Authorized Service Providers to attend the problem. Apart from the 24x7 roadside assistance program, customers may also avail services related to emergency towing assistance, cab arrangement, key lock out, electric and mechanical failures and arrangement of emergency fuel.

Speaking on the occasion, Rajeev Dubey, President, After-Market & Corporate Services said, “We constantly strive to improve the value that we provide to our customers and we are delighted to partner with MyTVS to offer Mahindra FirstChoice customers with 24x7 roadside assistance across the country.”

Mahindra First Choice, the multi-brand pre-owned car market player has 118 outlets spread across 74 town in India and it now plans to expand to 300 outlets in the next three years. The car service division of TVS & Sons, MyTVS has a pan India presence covering 20 states with a strong network infrastructure and 2500 Authorised Service Providers in 1400 towns and cities.
