Available with a choice of petrol and diesel engines, petrol E200 'Edition E' is powered by a 2.0-litre, 181bhp four-cylinder motor. In terms of diesel power, the car gets the options of two engines. One is a 2.1-litre, 201bhp, four-cylinder motor in the E250 CDI 'Edition E', and the second option is a more powerful 261.5bhp, 3.0-litre V6 in the E350 CDI 'Edition E'.
Inside, the E-class Edition E gets features such as a Comand system with an SD card-based Garmin navigation system and access to Mercedes-Benz apps, active park assist with rear camera, sporty pedals, illuminated door sills and electric adjust front seats with memory function.
