Fiat India has launched a comprehensive customer care programme named 'FIAT First'.

Fiat India felt badgered by growing concerns regarding its poor after-sales and unavailability of spare parts. The company has now realised that a good product line-up alone cannot bring fortunes for them, and they will have to take additional care of their existing and potential customers.

Moving in that direction, Fiat India has now introduced a host of customer care initiatives that includes 24x7 roadside assistance programme, better warranty coverage, increase in quality and quantity of the TATA-Fiat dealer network and ease of availability of genuine spare parts that are competitively priced.

The company has announced that these services can be availed by the existing customers as well. This will bring some respite for the previous generation Palio and Siena/Petra customers. The ‘FIAT First’ programme will be on charge basis and comes with an extended warranty that covers the vehicle for 50 months.

Fiat is hoping on the programme to help them enhance the ownership experience for their customers.
