The Ignis is 3679mm long, 1579mm high and 1478mm wide, which makes it extremely compact.

It will be sold via Maruti's Nexa dealership network.

The Ignis gets a 1.3-litre diesel engine and a 1.2 petrol. Both engines will be shared with the Baleno.

Top-spec variants will come with black alloy wheels.


Inside, The Ignis gets a dual-tone dashboard with a centrally mounted tablet-like touchscreen.

A five-speed manual gearbox is standard. AMT is optional on both petrol and diesel models.



The SmartPlay infotainment system will also come with the Android auto in the Ignis.
