Volkswagen has revealed the updated Taigun for the 2026 model year. While the overall cabin layout remains unchanged, feature additions bring it up to speed with the competition. The seats are available in six different finishes, with leatherette seats offered for the top trim, and the cabin adopts a two-tone colour scheme. New feature additions include a larger 10.25-inch digital driver's display, a panoramic sunroof, and updated graphics and AI integration for the infotainment system, front parking sensors, and voice commands. The facelifted Taigun continues to feature powered and ventilated front seats, wireless phone charger, rear view camera, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. However, it does miss out on rear massaging seats, which the Kushaq gets, a 360-degree camera and ADAS. GT versions of the Taigun come with GT badging on the steering wheel, GT-specific graphics for the driver's display and infotainment system, and GT logos on the seats. For better comfort, the AC performance has been improved via a variable geometry compressor.
