Mercedes Benz GLC photo gallery

The all-new Mercedes GLC plugs the crucial gap between the compact GLA and the large GLE and rivals the BMW X3 and Audi Q5.
The GLC is based on the same platform as the C-class
Tall cabin and wide nose makes the GLC look big.
In the interest of better cabin space, the front wheels have been pushed far forward.
Under guard finished in chrome below the chin is both practical and decorative.
LED headlamps similar to units seen on other new Mercedes models.
The chunky rear skid plate with twin exhausts points to the GLC’s SUV credentials.
The GLC’s classy and premium cabin is very similar to that of the C-class and it comes with the same exemplary build quality.
The front seats offer generous all-round support and electric adjust just adds to the comfort.
The rear seats are well-cushioned and offers good legroom though the seat base is a bit too short.
7-inch infotainment display feels small for the SUV; Comand system still feels a bit archaic.
Chrome and metal-finished switchgear, and wooden centre console add to the luxury feel of the SUV.
Centre armrest opens to reveal storage compartment with SD card reader and USB ports.
Dedicated switch for off-road menu
Much of the switchgear is shared with the C-class sedan.
Rear air-con vents don't eat into centre occupant’s leg room.
Steel springs are standard, no air suspension yet.
550-litre boot is very useful and can be expanded by folding rear bench. Spare tire though rests on boot floor
