Mercedes-AMG G63 photo gallery

The G63 can now be had in a bright 'Alien Green' paint shade.
The classic, block-like shape from the 1970s with its cliff-faced sides is unchanged.
It has a 5.5-litre, twin-turbo petrol V8 unit that makes 536bhp and 77.5kgm of torque.
The exhausts let out a deep burble at low speeds, a growl in the mid range and a full-blown roar at the top-end.
The G63 is totally comfortable in the rough despite running on road-biased tyres.
The G63’s cabin gets a modern treatment, and the layout and quality is more in line with modern Mercs.
Familiar element in the cabin is the floating tablet-like infotainment screen.
Three locking differentials - centre, rear and front.
A 'low range', for off-road situations a bit too tricky.
The rear bench isn’t very nice – the backrest is upright and legroom is average only.
Off the road is where the G63 feels at home.
The G63 has 220mm of ground clearance, 27 degree approach and departure angles, and a 24 degree breakover angle.
