Aprilia and Vespa scooters prices reduced by up to Rs 18,000 after GST 2.0

Piaggio India has reduced prices of its Vespa and Aprilia scooters following the recent GST revision. The updated prices came into effect on September 22, 2025, and are now applicable at all dealerships.

The Vespa S Tech 149 has the steepest price drop

It enjoys a price drop of Rs 18,073

In the Vespa line-up, the ZX is now priced at Rs 1.10 lakh, down from Rs 1.20 lakh, while the Vespa 125 costs Rs 1.22 lakh compared to its earlier price of Rs 1.34 lakh. The Vespa 149 has dropped from Rs 1.49 lakh to Rs 1.36 lakh, and the top-end Vespa S Tech 149 is now priced at Rs 1.94 lakh, a reduction from Rs 2.12 lakh.

Aprilia scooters have also become more affordable. The Storm is now priced at Rs 1.11 lakh, down from Rs 1.20 lakh, while the SR 125 costs Rs 1.10 lakh instead of Rs 1.20 lakh. The larger SR 175 is now listed at Rs 1.18 lakh, compared to its earlier price of Rs 1.28 lakh.
