Vinfast offering up to Rs 1.30 lakh exchange benefits on VF6 and VF7

Vietnamese EV maker Vinfast has announced a ‘Value Assured’ programme for the VF6 and VF7 electric SUVs. Under it, the carmaker is offering benefits of up to Rs 1.30 lakh on upgrading to a VF6 or VF7 in exchange for a petrol or diesel-powered vehicle.

In addition to the aforementioned exchange benefit, Vinfast is offering an assured resale value of up to 75 percent of the ex-showroom price. These company-backed buyback options are available with plans ranging from 2 to 5 years. There is also a 3 percent loyalty benefit available on both SUVs.

Vinfast VF6 and VF7 details 

Vinfast is a recent entrant in the Indian automotive market. Its entry-level offering, the VF6, is a midsize electric SUV powered by a 59.6kWh battery pack and priced between Rs 17.29 lakh and Rs 19.19 lakh (ex-showroom). The higher-positioned VF7, priced from Rs 21.89 lakh to Rs 26.79 lakh, is available in 59.6kWh as well as 70kWh battery pack variants. The ARAI-rated range for the VF6 and VF7 is up to 468km and 532km, respectively, depending on the variant chosen. Later this year, the carmaker is set to introduce the VF3 micro EV, the VF5 electric hatchback and the Limogreen MPV in our market.
