The Ferrari Amalfi, the Italian supercar brand’s newest entry-level model, will officially go on sale later this year, but interested customers can now make inquiries and bookings at any one of Ferrari’s dealerships. The Ferrari Amalfi is priced at Rs 5.59 crore, ex-showroom, India, before options.

Ferrari Amalfi powertrain and specs
The Ferrari Amalfi is the successor to the Roma, which in turn succeeded other front-engine 2+2-seat V8 GTs like the Portofino and California series. It’s powered by an uprated version of the Roma’s 3.9-litre twin-turbocharged V8, which now produces 640hp at 7,500rpm and propels the rear-driven coupe to 100kph from a standstill in 3.3sec.

In exterior dimensions and design, it isn’t a huge departure from its predecessor. The nose is brought more in line with newer models like the Purosangue, featuring a black band between the smaller headlamps, which replaces the polarising ‘cheese grater’ grille. The rear has been tidied up with the number plate moving down into the diffuser, a more upright tail end with a wider boot opening and slimmer LED tail-lamps.
Inside, the 2+2-seat cabin layout remains, but the design of the dashboard has been simplified. Gone is the tall centre console and portrait touchscreen, in place of a more conventional dash layout and landscape touchscreen that uses Ferrari’s newer software. The bigger news is the move back to hard buttons on the steering wheel, in place of the capacitive touch controls from before.
Ferrari Amalfi India delivery timeline
As with the Roma, the Ferrari Amalfi will be launched as a coupe first, with a Spider or convertible to follow a few years down the line. Expect an official India launch towards the middle of the year, though deliveries are unlikely to take place before 2027. For reference, the Ferrari Roma coupe was priced at Rs 3.76 crore when it was launched in July 2021, and the Amalfi’s closest rival, the Aston Martin Vantage, is priced at Rs 4.29 crore.
