Royal Enfield has taken the wraps off the Bullet 650 at EICMA 2025 in Milan, adding the iconic nameplate to its 650cc portfolio. Much like the 350cc models, the Bullet 650 shares plenty of similarities with its sibling, the Classic 650.

Shares a lot in common with the Classic 650
The Bullet 650 shares most of its underpinnings and chassis with the Classic 650 – so much so that even the wheelbase, kerb weight, seat height and ground clearance are identical. What sets the Bullet apart is largely its more old-school styling, featuring the signature elements that have defined the nameplate for decades. These include a chrome headlight hood, hand-painted fuel tank pinstripes, metal tank badging and twin pilot lamps flanking the LED headlight.
The digi-analogue instrument console, with an analogue speedometer and a small digital display for the fuel gauge and odometer, is carried over from the Classic 650, as is the polished aluminium switchgear. The bike also features adjustable brake and clutch levers.
Power comes from the familiar 648cc parallel-twin engine used across Royal Enfield’s 650 line-up, producing 47hp and 52.3Nm. The suspension is handled by a Showa telescopic fork with 120mm of travel up front and twin shocks offering 90mm at the rear.
The Bullet 650 has been unveiled in two colourways – a traditional black option that has long defined the Bullet’s identity and a blue shade. While Royal Enfield hasn’t confirmed an India launch timeline yet, the bike could be introduced at Motoverse 2025 on November 21.
Limited edition Royal Enfield Classic 650 details
Celebrates 125 years of Royal Enfield motorcycles
Alongside the Bullet 650, Royal Enfield also showcased a limited edition Classic 650 to mark 125 years of the brand. While mechanically unchanged, this special edition features a unique paint finish that shifts between red and gold depending on the viewing angle, along with a ‘125 Years’ crest on the tank and side panels.
