Hero Xtreme 125R

After launching the Glamour X with cruise control and riding modes, Hero has silently launched the Xtreme 125R with the same features at Rs 1.04 lakh.

1. Xtreme 125R first in its segment to offer dual-channel ABS
2. Gets three new colours, each with subtle stripes
3. Features three riding modes: Power, Road and Eco

Hero Xtreme 125R gets cruise control

It now gets the same colour LCD from the Glamour X

The Xtreme 125R is Hero’s sporty commuter offering that goes up against the TVS Raider, Honda CB125 Hornet and Bajaj Pulsar N125. Hero has now silently launched a new top-spec variant of the Xtreme 125R with a ride-by-wire throttle, which enables cruise control and riding modes (Power, Road and Eco) controlled via the same segmented colour LCD display as the Glamour X. The bike now also offers dual discs with dual-channel ABS, becoming the first motorcycle in its segment to do so.

To set it apart from the rest of the Xtreme 125R range, Hero has introduced a fresh palette of colours exclusive to this variant – red, silver and green – each featuring three subtle stripes.

The Xtreme 125R continues to be powered by the same 124.7cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine producing 11.5hp and 10.5Nm, paired with a 5-speed gearbox.

At Rs 1.04 lakh, it sits at the top of the Xtreme range and costs Rs 9,000 more than the top-spec Raider, which offers a TFT display but misses out on dual-channel ABS and ride-by-wire.
