Honda has revived the Insight nameplate as an all-electric 4-door hatchback. First released in 1999, the Insight was Honda's hybrid-powered two-door hatchback, known for its quirky design that concealed the rear wheels to improve efficiency. The front end features a connected LED DRL setup with an illuminated Honda logo and sleek headlamps, while horizontal lines lower down the bumper neatly hide the air dams. When viewed from the side, the vehicle gets dual-tone alloy wheels, a sloping roofline, flush door handles and a sharply raked windscreen. At the rear, there's a striking LED tail-lamp arrangement with new Honda branding on the tailgate. Under the hood, the Insight is powered by a 204hp motor paired with a battery pack of unspecified capacity. Inside, the cabin can be had in either white or black colour schemes. There's also a 12.8-inch infotainment system and an in-built aroma diffuser offering six unique scents. Honda claims to emphasise comfort through a high driving position and reclining rear seats. It will initially be sold for the Japan car market only.
