The BMW CE 02 features minimal bodywork, sharp angles, a single-sided swingarm and fat tyres that give it a unique, concept bike-like appearance on Indian roads. It gets a 3.5-inch TFT screen that delivers a crisp and clear layout, and you can also mount your phone onto the bike and connect it via the BMW app, giving you control of features using the switchgear.
Powering the CE 02 is two 1.96kWh batteries that have a combined capacity of 3.92kWh, delivering a peak output of 15hp and 55Nm. It sends power to the rear wheel via a belt drive and features a 296mm front disc with single-channel ABS. The CE 02 is built at TVS' Hosur plant in Tamil Nadu and was the first electric vehicle born from the TVS-BMW partnership.
