The BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe is currently the cheapest BMW in India with prices ranging between Rs 46.90 lakh and Rs 48.90 lakh (ex-showroom). The 2025 2 Series Gran Coupe is available with a sole petrol engine in India – a 1.5-litre, 3-cylinder turbo-petrol unit that produces 156hp and 230Nm. This output is routed to the front wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. The 2 Series rivals the Mercedes A-Class (Rs 46.05 lakh) in India in the entry-level luxury sedan segment. As standard, the BMW 2 Series is available in four colour options in India: Brookly Grey, Black Sapphire, Portimao Blue and Alpine White.
