Hero Destini 125 price and variants explained

The Hero Destini 125 is offered in three variants — VX, ZX and ZX+. While all three variants share the same mechanicals, they differ in terms of features and cosmetic elements.

Here’s a breakdown of what each variant offers.

VX

The VX is the base variant of the Destini 125 and comes with a relatively simpler feature set. It rides on cast wheels paired with a front drum brake and misses out on diamond-cut alloy wheels.

In terms of equipment, the VX does not get features such as auto-cancel indicators, turn-by-turn navigation or an illuminated start switch, which are reserved for the higher variants. It also gets standard chrome accents instead of the more premium finishes offered higher up.

The Destini 125 VX is available in three colours — red, white and black — and is priced at Rs 75,838 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

ZX

Moving to the mid-spec ZX variant adds a number of convenience and styling features. It rides on diamond-cut alloy wheels with a front disc brake.

This variant also adds auto-cancel indicators, turn-by-turn navigation and an illuminated start switch, making it noticeably better equipped than the VX. The chrome styling elements continue on this variant as well.

The Destini 125 ZX is available in two colours — pink and blue — and is priced at Rs 83,997.

ZX+

The ZX+ sits at the top of the Destini 125 lineup but is essentially identical to the ZX in terms of features and hardware.

The key difference lies in the styling. The ZX+ gets copper chrome accents instead of the regular chrome finish seen on the ZX. This variant will likely appeal to buyers who prefer the copper-finished detailing over the standard chrome treatment.

The Destini 125 ZX+ is available in white and black colour options and is priced at Rs 85,769, marking a premium of Rs 1,772 over the ZX variant.
