New LED headlamps connected by LED DRL and illuminated VW badge share resemblance to the larger Tayron. Front bumper gets a restyled with two horizontal chrome slats. GT versions get black detailing.

Retains 1.0 and 1.5 TSI engines

The facelift retains the 1.0 and 1.5 direct-injection turbo-petrol engines. The former gets a new 8-speed automatic gearbox, and can also be paired with a 6-speed manual but the latter is paired to a 7-speed DCT gearbox only.
