Toll amount revised for Sewri-Ulwe leg

Reduced by 20 percent

Toll for relatively shorter Sewri-Ulwe stretch has been brought down to Rs 200 from Rs 250. 

Toll charges from Sewri to Chirle, which is the full length of the Atal Setu, is unchanged at Rs 250.

Return journey for Sewri-Ulwe leg costs Rs 300 while Sewri-Chirle costs Rs 375.

At 21.8km, India's longest sea bridge has cut the journey time from Navi Mumbai to Mumbai to a mere 20 minutes.

The bridge costs USD 2.2 billion (about Rs 18,292 crore) to build, and has a speed limit of 100kph.
