Bookings for top-end ZX, ZX(O) paused again

This comes after Toyota reopened bookings for the ZX and ZX(O) trims earlier in April after almost a year.

Toyota had previously temporarily halted bookings for the said trims in April 2023 citing supply-related issues.

The exact reason for halting bookings again is not known, although it is likely to be due to very high demand for the hybrid variants.

Innova Hycross hybrid variants currently have a waiting period of up to 14 months.

Top-spec ZX and ZX(O) trims only get the 184hp, 2.0-litre strong-hybrid powertrain mated to an e-CVT gearbox.
