    Honda car prices lowered post excise duty cut

    The Honda City is now priced from Rs 7.19 lakh to Rs 10.9 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

    Honda Car India has announced updated prices for its models, which will come into effect from February 19, 2014. The updated prices are as follows:

    The Honda Brio hatchback is now priced from Rs 3.99 lakh for the base trim, and goes up to Rs 5.99 lakh for the top VX variant.

    The Honda Amaze petrol now starts at Rs 4.99 lakh for the base car and the top-end VX petrol is priced at Rs 7.55 lakh. The Amaze diesel is now priced from Rs 5.97-7.49 lakh.

    The new Honda City petrol costs Rs 7.19 lakh for the base variant, while the top-end version is priced at Rs 10.80 lakh. The diesel-powered City sedan now starts at Rs 8.37 lakh for the base car and Rs 10.9 lakh for the top-end variant.

    The new Honda CR-V SUV now retails from Rs 20.25-24.36 lakh. (All prices, ex-showroom, Delhi).
