BMW has launched the G 310 RR from Rs 2.85 lakh onwards.
If it looks familiar to you, that's because it's essentially a rebadged TVS Apache RR310.
All the bodywork is shared with the TVS, and the biggest visual difference is the different paint schemes on the BMW.
Perhaps this bike's biggest asset is the badge it wears on its fairings.
The biggest difference you'll feel while riding are the Michelin Pilot street tyres, which are not quite as capable as the Michelin Road 5s on the Apache.
The TFT screen has also been borrowed, but it features a different startup graphic with the BMW logo.
Startup graphic aside, the rest of the layout remains the same on the TFT display, but Bluetooth connectivity has been given a miss here.
Mean-looking twin LED projector headlights up front, as seen on the RR310.
The sleek tail section with that distinctive tail-lamp has also been carried over unchanged.
Another big omission on the BMW is the lack of any option for adjustable suspension, like you get on the Apache. Only rear preload is adjustable here.
