    TVS Jupiter special edition launched

The TVS Jupiter is one year old, and the company has launched a special edition to celebrate the occasion. The special edition TVS Jupiter has some new features and comes with a new paint shade. Only limited numbers of the scooter will be manufactured.

It has a new brown paintjob and contrasting beige inner panels; it also carries a new sticker on the front apron. Durability of the beige elements though, will be put to test in our dusty road conditions. Most prominent is a new seat. TVS calls it a ‘Dura Cool’ seat, and claims that it retains lesser heat when compared to normal seats. “If the vehicle is left parked in the sun, the heat content of the seat will be as much as ten degrees lower when compared to normal seats,” add a company statement. The Jupiter special edition is priced at Rs 48,925. (Ex-showroom, Delhi).

The special edition Jupiter is available across TVS dealerships now. The company has not revealed how many units are being manufactured, but yes, it will be a limited production run.

“Our focus has been to constantly provide freshness to our products and maximize customer delight and with TVS Jupiter increasingly becoming a preferred choice in its category, we felt that it would be fitting to celebrate with a special edition TVS Jupiter.” said K N Radhakrishnan, CEO, TVS.
