    Iconic GP10 and GP11 title-winners to be auctioned at RM Auctions’ Monaco Sale

    Legendary motorcycle manufacturer, Ducati will offer its victorious bikes, CS1 and VR2 at RM Auctions’ Monaco sale during May 2012. Both the bikes were built at Ducati’s Bologna factory, developed in December 2009 and raced by Casey Stoner in MotoGP 2010, the CS1 achieved victory in the Australian GP at Phillip Island in October 2010. While, the VR2, made in December 2010, was raced by Valentino Rossi and it registered a podium position at Le Mans, France in May 2011.

    “The Desmosedici GP10 and GP11 were two very interesting bikes in our GP project history and therefore will represent exciting opportunities for serious collectors.” quoted Ducati Corse General and Technical Director, Filippo Preziosi.
