Piaggio’s Bollywood connect

Iconic Italian motorcycle and scooter manufacturer Piaggio joins the 12^th River to River Florence Indian Film Festival set to take place at Florence’s famous Cinema Odeon in Italy, from Dec 7-13, 2012. The Piaggio foundation has formed a committee for this film festival and shall be giving out a Piaggio Foundation Award for best film, in the feature film category. The director of the winning film will be gifted a Vespa LX125 and veteran Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan will be present as the guest of honour making a speech at the opening ceremony.

This Italian film festival celebrates 100 years of the Indian film industry.
