Mahindra Mojo Tourer Edition launched at Rs 1.89 lakh

Mahindra Two Wheelers has introduced the Tourer Edition of the Mojo, its flagship motorcycle. This version of the sport tourer, showcased earlier at the 2016 Auto Expo, comes equipped with an accessories kit to enhance the bike’s touring capabilities.

The kit consists of the following:
    • A 13-litre magnetic tank bag
    • A saddle bag and carrier which have a combined storage space of 38 litres
    • A Mobile Holder
    • A front guard for protecting the fuel tank, radiator guard and engine
    • A pannier mount
    • A 20W fog lamp and mount
    • Tourer Jacket (introductory offer)

The bike remains mechanically unchanged, and is powered by the regular Mojo’s 295cc, single-cylinder engine that makes 27hp and 30Nm of torque. It’s mated to a six-speed gearbox.

Priced at Rs 1,89 lakh, the kitted out Mojo is costlier than the base variant that costs Rs 1.70 lakh (all prices ex-Showroom Delhi). While the Mojo has no direct competition, it’s closely priced to Royal Enfield’s Thunderbird 500 and the recently launched Himalayan.
