    India Superbike Festival 2013

    The city of Pune played host to the second edition of India Superbike Festival over the weekend, where around 500 bikers and over 100,000 visitors congregated at Amanora Town Centre to express their passion for motorcycles.

    At the India Superbike Festival, superbikes of every kind, latest 2013 models to superbikes from yesteryear were present and displayed. Also participating at this festival were heavyweight bike makers, Hyosung, Suzuki, KTM, BMW Motorrad, Aprilia and Moto Guzzi who had their wide range of superbikes and cruisers on display.

    Stalls at ISF included Dainese, AGV, K&N, Motul, Vardenchi, Indimotard and many more. This year’s festival was host to some entertaining events such as a burnout experience and off-road experience. Bikers participating at IFS also got a chance to go up on stage, rev their bikes and speak about their bikes to the audience. A section of the festival was dedicated to vintage motorcycles, which ranged from Indians, to Velocettes to BSA bikes in World War II trim.

    All-in-all, the India Superbike Festival 2013 was abuzz with excitement and the heady sound of big bike engines. IFS has been a crowd puller in 2013, and enthusiasts are sure to eagerly await next year's event dates.
