    Honda takes road safety a step further

    Honda Traffic Park.

    Honda, has taken a new step to spread road safety awareness in India by inaugurating two traffic parks for the first time in East India, one at Bhubaneswar (Driving Testing centre, Chandarshekharpur) and the other at Cuttack (Driving Testing centre, Sector 6, CDA). For this, the company has associated with the respective RTO departments of the two cities.
     
    In 2012, Honda adopted its first traffic park in Jaipur, which was later followed by Delhi. Till date, the company has trained 53,000 people at these two parks.
     
    Honda will also undertake to teach kids aged 5-12 years the importance of road safety using various methods and even including a specially imported CRF 50 model.
     
    The Japanese manufacturer is also offering sessions that will help new riders above 18 years of age to experience various possible dangers on road virtually and enable them to deal with these situations in a safe manner.
