It will also host an integrated after-sales service facility that will feature service bays and a spare-parts inventory. The dealership will also offer a collection of Triumph merchandise including riding gear, accessories and memorabilia. Customization facilities are also available for those who wish to custom-build their Triumphs.

Employees at Triumph’s dealerships have been put through intense training in management of sales, service, spare parts, business systems and customer service to ensure best-in-class pre- and post-sales ownership experience, the company’s statement said.

The company claims that it has received 450 bookings across all 5 model categories since its launch in November 2013.
