Images captured by Motoroids reveal that Mahindra is testing a new commuter motorcycle for the Indian two-wheeler market. This latest bike, named Arro, once launched is expected to join Mahindra’s line-up of two-wheelers including the Centuro, Centuro Rockstar and the Pantero.

The Arro is already on sale in some export markets such as Uganda. In India, the Arro could be slotted as Mahindra’s most affordable motorcycle. The production-ready spied model is a naked bike with a single front headlight design, finished in chrome. Dual meters are seen upfront on the instrument console and Mahindra also adds in a passing light switch. Orange-finished turn indicators are also seen here. The Arro has a long seat and what seems to be minimal luggage carrying capacity. Mahindra may provide the bike with a 106.7cc horizontally mounted engine, just like in the Centuro and the Pantero. The images here show that the Arro has a front alloy wheel and a rear spoked wheel which probably means that the bike will be offered in both variants. For suspension duty, the Arro gets telescopic suspension up front and dual shocks at rear finished in red.

It remains unclear when Mahindra will launch this motorcycle in India, and it is possible that the bike is going through this testing phase to make improvements. With motorcycle manufacturers making their way into the basic and entry-level motorcycle segment here, Mahindra also has its eye on this ball.
