Spotless, streamlined and ready to roll out 2.5 lakh bikes from 2014 with scope to build 5 lakh bikes.

Each part in the kit is tracked by an IT system to improve quality and warranty servicing.
For now, engines are built at the Tiruvottiyur plant and then brought to Oragadam.
The chassis and other aluminium parts, like the engine's exterior surfaces, are powder-coated.

Programmable robots paint each part accurately.
Women account for 20 percent of the 200-strong workforce at Oragadam.
