I would like to buy a gearless scooter for my dad. He is currently using Honda Eterno. Since he is a short man at only 5ft 5in tall, he prefers a scooter with lower seat height. His other priorities are good handling, reliability and fuel efficiency in that order?

AAA You should buy your father the new Yamaha Ray, a scooter he will be very happy with, since it's specially made for shorter riders with a low seat height. The Ray also meets all your other requirements.
