AAA - We would not advise you to buy the Cruze for several reasons. Firstly, being nearly 10 years old, the Cruze, which is essentially a Daewoo, isn’t particularly well-put together and is likely to start giving trouble. Also, with GM having exited India, and the fact that the Cruze has long been discontinued, spare parts availability will be an issue. You could end up buying a white elephant; so it’s best to stay away from it.

I want to thank all such negative feedbacks, these have led me fetch more than 2 lakh discount on my Cruze car. I have driven many Mahindra, Hyundai and Maruti models, compared to all those, the Cruze is way better. You get a luxury car with a base version price. Talking about spare parts, GM is not a spare part manufacturer, so it's in or out, it doesn't make any difference, and for the last 7 years, I didn't face any need of spare parts except tyres and brakes, which are readily available and one pulley which cost me 2000 rupees. It's working for the last 3 years without any problems.
