I ride a Bajaj Pulsar 220F and want to upgrade within a Rs 2.5–3 lakh budget. I’m torn between the Pulsar NS400Z, Suzuki Gixxer 250 and KTM 250 Duke. My usage is mostly city rides with the odd long weekend trip. Which should I pick?

Autocar India says: The NS400Z gives you the most performance per rupee — it’s the most powerful here and a natural upgrade within the Pulsar family. The Gixxer 250 is smoother, has a good reputation for reliability, and comfortable for touring, but not as exciting. The 250 Duke feels the sportiest, with sharp handling and premium features, though it’s less relaxed on the highway. If you want a big leap in performance, the NS400Z is the pick; if refinement and comfort matter more, we would suggest the Suzuki.
