Is it safe to upgrade my Honda City’s headlight bulbs to 100/90W?

AAA Yes, you can certainly upgrade to 100/90W rating halogens on your City, but make sure that you install a relay from a reputed brand like Bosch or PMP to avoid voltage drop and prevent electrical system overload at the same time.
