Looking for a good bike under Rs 75,000

I would like to purchase a motorbike within a budget of Rs 75,000. The bike should be fuel efficient, delivering about 50kpl, and must be good-looking, offer good riding comfort and be low on maintenance costs. Please tell me the best option.
