Gladiator Size

I am planning on buying a bike for daily commuting. The motorcycle needs to be a little heavy since I am 6 feet tall. It should also return good fuel economy, around 55-60kpl since petrol costs are high. Currently, I own a Hero Honda Passion and so far I have faced no problems except for the bike stopping in a water logged area. After looking around, the Yamaha Gladiator has got my attention. Here in Chennai however, I don’t see too many of them. Kindly advise whether I should go ahead with a Gladiator?
