MG India has launched a facelift for its mid-size SUV, the Hector, at a starting ex-showroom price of Rs 11.99 lakh. On the outside, the SUV gets a new front grille featuring honeycomb slats, along with updates to the 18-inch alloy wheels and rear bumper. The 2026 Hector adds two exterior colours—Celadon Blue and Pearl White—to the existing palette of Aurora Silver, Starry Black, and Glaze Red. Pearl White comes standard from the entry-level Style variant, while Celadon Blue is available from the Smart Pro variant onwards.
The standard 5-seater Hector will compete with the Tata Harrier and Jeep Compass. Whereas the Hector Plus, available in 6-seater and 7-seater layouts, will rival the upcoming Mahindra XUV 7XO, Hyundai Alcazar, and Tata Safari.
