To get new petrol GX (O) variant

Innova Hycross currently gets petrol engine only on lower-spec G and GX trims

New GX(O) will add LED fog lamps, automatic climate control, 360-degree camera, front parking sensors, a bigger 10.1-inch touchscreen and more.

Will be powered by 173hp, 209Nm 2.0-litre, four-cylinder petrol engine mated to a CVT gearbox

Expected to be offered in both 7- and 8-seater configurations

Expected to carry a premium of about Rs 70,000 over the current GX trim

Prices to be announced in the coming weeks
