Mclaren did not accept his terms and so Kimi decided to do what he likes, Rallying. Anyway he will still be making a lot of money by not racing in F1, even more than most of the drivers this year. Many will miss the Iceman though including me, he is the COOLEST one!

Ya I think this is the person who smiled the least on winning. Eddie Jordan has just recently said that if there are any drivers currently on the grid who can win a race on a car that does not deserve to win, its Kimi, Alonso and Hamilton, and probably Vettel but he needs to prove himself a little bit more.
Interestingly Nelson Piquet has made a statement that he is in talks with the Force India team. Also reports are coming of Trulli in talks with Lotus. There was a rumour about Sutil going off to Reanult too, but nothing is sure about Renaults future as of now. I dont know how others view it, but I would not be betting against either a Ferrari or a McLaren for this years constructor championship, bcos with team combinations like Alonso-Massa and Hamilton-Button, its hard to see how others will be able to perform better as a team. For the drivers title, I feel the fight will be between the Ferrari and Mclaren Drivers. Other contenders are Vettel and Rosberg(if reports of him joining Mercedes GP are true). UPDATE Just received the following news 1.Raikonnen management might be in talks with the Mercedes GP team. The main factor is whether Mercedes allow him rallying 2. Pedro Dela Rosa, the McLaren test driver might be in the foray for a Force India seat Edited by rahul1810 - 19 Nov 2009 at 1:44pm |

I would love to see Rosberg in a Ferrari or a McLaren. that guy seemed like championship material the day he made his debut. He has imroved consistantly and would do really well if he gets one of these cars.

Schumacher might actually return-Eddie Jodan
This is the latest news regarding the teams. Schumacher supposedly is in talks with Mercedes GP, the ex Brawn GP, and the 2009 champions. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/motorsport/formula_one/8368107.stm I am sorry I had earlier dismissed the rumours reported of this happening, by another fellow member. ![]() |
