FIAT has started desptaches of Linea to its dealers. Shown below are photographs of 2 Linea demo cars with a dealer.

Hopefully this time FIAT will launch the car in mid January.

i hope dealers start demonstrating this car before its launch so that it can gain some interest from potential buyers..and i also hope that the dealer in my city gets one soon..

It will be great car and we are considering it for next car..

There is new slogan for linea by fiat i.e Admire your car and i swear that if they improve their after sales than i think everyone will ADMIRE the new wonderful Linea by Fiat..

We've already brought you the juice on the excellent new Fiat Linea, on how we love its style, ride and handling and the interiors. Well, it gets even better. The icing on the cake of this mid-size Fiat, is its pricing.

The Linea will be available in five trim options - Active, Dynamic, Dynamic Pack, Emotion and Emotion Pack. While the Active diesel will retail for Rs 7.12 lakh, ex-showroom, Mumbai, the top-of-the-line Emotion Pack diesel will cost Rs 8.36 lakh.

Just booked the Fiat Linea Emotion pack(Diesel). Price in Mumbai outside octroi limit is 7,99,000, ex show room(they don't have the price list on paper as yet).
Deliveries start in a week and have been promised delivery from the first lot itself.
Also got to see the car in the showroom(Fortune Motors), the Emotion pack variant really impressed..

The cars on display there were headed to the Taj Hotel, where it seems there is a formal launch this evening. They say only three colours will be launched now, and more available after a month. I clicked a pic on my cell, but strangely am not able to figure out how to upload it here.

The nos to Fortune motors, where I saw the car is 022-65115566/65120109. They should be able to give more details.

I have asked for the white colour(not confirmed that its available), Emotion pack variant, which has the diesel engine, alloys, airbags, blue and me, controls for the stearing wheel, skoda type foldable keyless entry,

Are any of the judges willing to give a reasonable assurance that spares and service will be available five years hence? I will definitely not advise anybody to spend his hard earned money on something which may turn out to be dead horse.

well i inquired at the local dealer and he said that demo car will 1st be there at Mumbai, then company will send some to Ahmedabad and then my city will get it same on 16th in western region.

And regarding White color i think it will come afterwards..in 1st 3 colors which company is willing to provide 1st does not include white..

Availability of Spares is not a problem but servicing it is. We have mechanics to service Uno, Siena and Old palio, but Linea is a modern car and it just can't be serviced by local mechanics(I think). hope Fiat improves
